Experiential Bar

Role: Senior Experiential Designer — Led concept development, as well as creating illustrations & animation.

Brief: Create a unified bar experience for five spirits brands at a Brooklyn convention, ensuring equal visibility across each.

Approach: Generated five distinct concepts — from speakeasy to modernist lounge — all illustrated and presented to the client.

Outcome: Pitch project. Concepts presented, not selected for production.

Client: Lyric Agency / Spirits

Concept 1. Speak Easy Dept. Store. (Above). This concept creates the illusion of a 1920s department store and then, which then reveals itself through rotating signage to be a bar. The final design below has five stations for the five brands on sample, and the signage at each hints at the brand. Actors / Bartenders complete the final effect, winking cryptic phrases to curious customers, and concealing the goods at any sign of “coppers.”
